My name is Martin Gorrie, and I am a retired accountant. I have an MA degree from
St. Andrews University and currently studying an MLitt in Family and Local History at Dundee University where modules include paleography, heraldry, house history, military archives, Latin, skills and sources for local history in Scotland and England.

I can help with individual research, a full maternal or paternal family tree, house history, First and Second World War research.
Most of my research focuses on ancestry from the villages in the East Neuk of Fife or elsewhere in the Kingdom of Fife. However, I can help with research in any part of the U.K.
